    All glycol rooms must remain locked at all times.
    A key is required for access to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized entry.

    ⚠️ Only authorized personnel with the proper key are allowed inside.

    All fire-rated doors must keep their certification plate clean and visible.
    ⚠️ Do not paint, cover, or obstruct the plate to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.

      • Inside the garbage room, the chute window where you drop your bag must close back automatically after use.
      • Doors or windows left open are a serious fire hazard.

    All doors leading to hallways must be latched and closed ✅

⚡ How to Make Inspections Faster:

To save time and labor, we recommend clients:

• Mark all doors with yellow notes or tape. 🟨

• Mark floor locations and door numbers.

• Send us a diagram if you cannot be on-site. 🗺️

• Best option: Be on-site with us to guide and show us all doors. 🧑‍🔧
